Registering a team for a new season, and creating the account you need to do it. For lineups and scoring, see the Match Night guide.

Registering a new team
This doesn't register your team with the league. Register with Hazelwood as usual -- this only adds your team to this supplemental site so its matches and stats can show up here.
The team's captain registers the team for a season. Registration is only possible while a season is open: when it is, a Register a Team link appears at the top of every page. If you don't see it, registration isn't open yet.
- Click Register a Team. You'll be asked to log in first. If you don't have an account yet, tap New here? Create an account on the login page (see below). Either way, you'll come straight back to the registration form afterward.
- Pick the season.

Pick your team name.
This season's teams are already on the site, set up from Hazelwood's schedule -- pick yours
from the list. Your registration then connects to your team and its scheduled matches. If your
team played before, the form also fills in its last site and roster for you. Review it and
change anything that's different this season.
Only if your team isn't in the list, pick + Add a new team and type the name. - Pick your site (where your team plays its home matches). If it isn't listed, pick + Add a new site and type its name. The site administrator will add it.

Enter your players.
There's room for 4 players. Mark the Captain, normally yourself. The captain's
first and last name are required; the other players are optional and can be added later.
- For each player you fill in, enter both the first and last name.
- As you type a name, people already on file pop up underneath. If the person you mean is listed, tap their name instead of typing it all out. That way a typo doesn't create a second copy of someone who's already in the league. If they're new, just keep typing.
- Phone numbers are optional.
- Delete clears that player box on this form, to leave a spot open. It doesn't remove anyone from the league.
- Click Submit Registration. You'll see a confirmation that the registration was received.
Creating an account
You need an account to register a team. On the sign-up page, enter:
- Your first and last name, spelled the way the league has you listed. If you've
played before, this connects your new account to your existing player record and stats.
As you type your first name, players already on file pop up underneath. If you're listed, tap your name to fill in both fields exactly as the league has it.
Not sure how you're listed? Open Players from the menu at the top, pick a season you played in from the Season list, tap View, and look for your name. Use that exact spelling when you sign up. - A username (at least 3 characters). You can log in with this.
- Your email (optional). You can log in with this too.
- A password (at least 8 characters), typed twice. Keep it somewhere safe -- the site can't email you a reset link yet. See Forgot your password? below.
After you register
- Your registration waits for the site administrator to approve it. Once approved, your roster and you as captain are added to your team, which is already on this season's schedule.
- When the season starts, captains get My Roster and My Matches links at the top of the page. That's where you manage your roster and enter your lineups and scores on match night. See the Match Night guide.
- Need to change something before it's approved? Contact Bart Wallace, the site administrator.
Registration problems
- I don't see "Register a Team"
- No season is open for registration right now. Check back closer to the season.
- "An account already exists for that name" or "More than one player is on file with that name" when signing up
- Someone with your name already has an account, or the league has more than one person with that name and can't tell which one is you. Contact Bart Wallace, the site administrator, and he'll connect your account.
- My name doesn't come up in the list on the sign-up page
- The list only shows players who don't have an account yet. If you've played before and your name doesn't come up, you probably already have one: log in instead. Forgotten your password? See Forgot your password? below.
- "That username is already taken"
- Pick a different username.
- "Player 2: enter both first and last name, or leave both blank"
- One of the player boxes has only a first name or only a last name. Fill in both, or use Delete to clear that box.
- "The captain's name is required"
- The player marked Captain has no name. Fill in the captain's name, or mark a different player as Captain.
- Forgot your password?
- Forgot your password? Ask Bart Wallace, the site administrator, to reset it. He'll give you a temporary password that works for 12 hours -- log in with it and you'll be asked to choose your own.
